Shipping Policy:

We strive to deliver products purchased from Kolour in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Domestic Shipping across India is Free.

• If the order is cancelled from us or lost or un-delivered, in all these cases we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.

• It usually takes 3-4 working days to dispatch product, and once it's dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased.  

 

• Please initiate returns via our customer care number within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of receiving the product.

• We will arrange the return pickup of merchandise from your location.

• Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original state (including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments.)
• If the Return or Exchange is requested after 3 days of receiving the shipment it won't be allowed. 

• The Refund will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check.

• If the return product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.
