SHIPPING & RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is Kolour's main focus, so we have a very generous return/exchange policy on most of the products. Please read the full policy below for domestic order. 

Shipping Policy:

We strive to deliver products purchased from Kolour in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Shipping charges will be based on the weight of product and delivery area.  

  • If the order is cancelled from us, lost or un-delivered to customer's location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online. 

  • In case of Offline payment, customer will be contacted by Kolour team for the payment using customers preferred way of Payment.

  • It usually takes 3-4 working days to dispatch your product. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. 


Return & Exchange Policy

Our returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased within the 2 Days of delivery.  

 

  • Please initiate returns via our customer care number within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of receiving the product. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram chat/ Whatsapp chat.

  • We will arrange for a courier to pick up the merchandise from your home. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 2 days of receiving the shipment it won't be allowed. 
  • Refund will be processed in the form of store credit that can be used for any future purchases on our online store. No refunds back to bank account or credit card.
  • The Refund will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the return product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return original product to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.

  • Orders placed using the refund credit, are not eligible for further return or exchange.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy: 

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. 

  • Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team. 

  • In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well

  • In case of return/exchange, you have to bear shipping costs.
